My residency will be coming to a close September 1

I have finished a few more works, and am just waiting to have them photographed until two more pieces are done.  I am working on an oil version of my view from Building 280 at the Yard, and have a large mixed media drawing of that view finished.  Once this ghastly heat abates--the forecasts say Sunday--I plan to return to the Hospital Annex at the Yard to begin the last pastel I have in mind.

Check back in September to see news of any exhibitions and to see the new images.

In truth, I could see finding another year's worth of work in the Navy Yard!  This year I feel I've scratched the surface of the possibilities.  But it will be time for the next crop of visiting artists to have a chance, so any of you who are interested should take a look at their website for application information:  www.bldg92.org
